Abstract: Successful nations are built by people, optimizing the resource utilization and sustaining on the basis of inclusiveness. India is the second largest in youth population. Hence it is essential to understand the Entrepreneurial intentions. Intentions of entrepreneurs play vital role in predicting the future of the society by proliferating the growth of the economy. This research fine tunes to identify the entrepreneurial intentions among the students by administering 650 primary samples. This research examines the sway of personal attributes on the intentions of Entrepreneurs among the students. Linear regression analysis are used. The result shows that motivation, role model, attitude, education and age of students have the direct effect on feasibility and desirability
