Abstract: Four star graphs G =𝑲_{𝟏,𝒍𝟏}⋃𝑲_{𝟏,𝒍𝟐}⋃𝑲_{𝟏,𝒍𝟑}⋃𝑲_𝟏,𝒍 where 𝒍_𝟏 ≤ 𝒍_𝟐 ≤ 𝒍_𝟑 is a relaxed skolem mean graph if |𝒍 − 𝒍_𝟏 − 𝒍_𝟐 −𝒍_𝟑 | = 𝟏 2 is the main purpose of this research article.
