Abstract: Datasets Background/Objectives: To investigate the depth of information of ‘Daily Progress Report’ and making it effective to drive the Construction Projects. Methods: Inclusion of Overall Project Status, Status on Milestones, Area of Concerns and Importance’s, Issues etc. Results/Findings: Can be implemented at construction industry especially for the projects where there are more complex variables and more quantities. Conclusion/Application: ‘Daily Progress Report’ can be effectively prepared by inclusion of the entities analyzed here and can be used to drive the Project.
Keywords: Milestones- Intermediate or end or Start of Some of the Key Activities Which is Having More Importance Monitoring Which Will Help in Expediting The Project Completion.
