Abstract: The electronic and the written records both played an equally significant part in the daily lives of the health department staffs. However, after the globalised version of change in the healthcare department, it has been recorded by the researcher in his examination a portion of the fundamental focuses that demonstrate the genuine advantage of the information and the dangers. Consequently in this report, the analysts will show unmistakably the Data mining procedure and its different focuses. The primary focal point of the investigation is needy upon the Nursing work, and in this manner various health care centres and the nurses will be taken under consideration.
