With the dynamic routing protocol, the paper's goal is to increase network lives. The proposed Advanced Multi-Hop (AMH) protocol, routing algorithm incorporates the interaction between multi-hops and direct transmissions. This method also uses the Dijkstra algorithm for routing the data packets in the mobile network between the base station and sensor nodes. This system eliminates the power of other nodes by using a central router. Different results of the proposed method have been checked. The comparison of other existing methods shows that AMH achieves lower network life and better network performance.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>10</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>791</first_page> <last_page>794</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A1393.109119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a1393109119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Optimized and Secure Routing in WSN using Collaborative Optimized Routing Algorithm</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>E&amp;TC Department, VIIT Pune, Affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Maharashtra, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Pritesh</given_name> <surname>Patil*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Dr. R. Performance of outmoded schemes designed for security during the process of routing in sensor networks significantly affected by consistency and security issues. However the present routing schemes are inexpensive and need no rigorous positioning but security is still unavoidable apprehension. An optimized routing scheme is proposed for WSN in this paper which is named as Collaborative Optimized Routing Algorithm (CORA), which precisely focuses on optimized progression of data during routing along with security aspects. CORA functions in two phases, first phase is to identify and group the collaborative nodes through defined lenient constant based on direct_trust, link_strength and quality parameters. Direct_trust and link_strength are direct measures but to evaluate quality, link survival time and caused delay are considered. Whereas in second phase suit function is defined for choosing the optimized nodes using the proposed CORA, based on direct_trust, link_strength, quality and distance. Performance of proposed collaborative optimized routing scheme is assessed based on the measurement metrics with 50 dynamic nodes ad-hoc sensor network in presence of selective forwarding and denial-of-service attacks. CORA indicates the higher detection rate and throughput as 54.9 and 41.6 respectively and lower delay and distance as 15 and 158.8 respectively which are significantly better than competing schemes.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>10</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>795</first_page> <last_page>802</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A1397.109119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a1397109119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Log Pearson III Distribution and Gumbel Distribution Model for Rainfall Data in Pekanbaru</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, Pekanbaru, Indonesia.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Ari Pani</given_name> <surname>Desvina</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Siti Arita</given_name> <surname>Novia</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, Pekanbaru, Indonesia.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Mas’ud</given_name> <surname>Zein</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Faculty of Trainer Teacher and Education, UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, Pekanbaru, Indonesia.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Rado</given_name> <surname>Yendra</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Research Centre, Indonesia. Both high and low rainfall can cause some problems, ranging from flood to drought. We can see that flood can be found in several big cities, and one of them is in Pekanbaru. Therefore, rainfall data analysis is needed to know the model and the pattern of rainfall distribution. In turn, the result can be used as a consideration for the development of the city or the formulation of policy in Pekanbaru’s governance. In this study, Log Pearson III distribution and Gumbel distribution model were used to analyze data of rainfall in Pekanbaru from January 2011 to April 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the best rainfall model among Log Pearson III and Gumbel Distribution. To estimate parameters from both models, we used Maximum Likelihood and Newton Rephson method. Based on the use of the AIC and BIC test, this study results showed that Log Pearson III is better than Gumbel distribution in modeling the rainfall data of Pekanbaru.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>10</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>803</first_page> <last_page>807</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A1411.109119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a1411109119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm on Combined Economic Emission Dispatch Problem Involving Cubic Functions</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Lecturer (Assistant Professor deputed from Annamalai University), Alagappa Government Polytechnic College, Karaikudi, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Karthikeyan.</given_name> <surname>R</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Subramanian.</given_name> <surname>S</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor, Annamalai University, Annamalainagar, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Elanchezhian. Electric power system wants to satisfy its customers load demand with minimum fuel cost and emission. Fuel cost and emission has instantly association with energy cost. In CEED problem, the price penalty factor occupies a cardinal role to fetch the optimal results. The various types of price penalty factor available in the literature are analyzed to determine the optimal one for the test cases considered. The test systems used in this CEED problem are 3 unit system considering transmission loss and 13 unit system considering valve point effects. The leading requirement in both the test cases is to optimize the total cost, fuel cost and emission. The numerical and statistical results affirm the high degree of the solution founded by GOA and its superiority is compared with already existing algorithms employed in solving CEED problems.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>10</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>808</first_page> <last_page>817</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9337.109119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a9337109119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Tensile Strength Enhancement of Aisi 304 and Aisi 1040 Dissimilar Friction Weld Joints using Anfis Modelling</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Meenakshi Ramaswamy Engineering College, Ariyalur, Tamil Nadu, India</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>N.</given_name> <surname>Mathiazhagan*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>I.Raj</given_name> <surname>Kumar</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, C. This study deals with the welding of two different alloys, namely, AISI 304 and AISI 1040. The welding process parameters, namely, friction pressure, friction time, forging pressure, and forging time were optimized for maximum tensile strength using a response surface methodology (RSM)-based technique and an adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) model. The predicted responses obtained using the ANFIS model were more accurate compared to those obtained using the RSM. From among the four input parameters examined in the study, the frictional pressure was found to be the most influential. Earlier segmentation methods require huge number of iterations, longer time and a reduced accuracy. Therefore, this article proposes a multi-stage strategy whereby tumor segmentation and classification can be accurately performed with lower error rate. The proposed system incorporates three phases such as prediction, segmentation along with morphological operations to solve the discontinuities. The proposed segmentation method is named as Self Organisation Based Segmentation (SOBS) method. It is compared with some of the deformable models in literature. Next Use the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix to extract features. Finally Use the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix to extract features and classify them into normal or abnormal. If it is classified as abnormal, then again classify into glioma or meningioma. The performance metrics such as accuracy, PSNR and MSE are used for scrutinize the performance of these methods. For the disclosure of static indefinability, the equations of deformation of the system are compiled. Calculation of the loads acting on the cone rows was carried out in relation to the cutting structure layout for the Sh215,9K-PV bit cones. To determine the values of the forces acting on the teeth, the dependencies between the magnitude of the load acting on the roller cone and the vertical movement of this tooth, previously obtained analytically and experimentally, were used. It is established that the maximum load acts on the rows located in the middle part of the bit radius. The calculation results are confirmed experimentally. As we all read reviews before we buy any product from any e-commerce or while installing any app but the major problem we face is there are huge number of reviews and most of the reviews we get is the top most review or a combination of bad and good review based on rating which sometimes may or may not tell the perks or cons of using the product so we tried to build a tool that analyse all the reviews and picks the best reviews which totally describe the product flaws defects or advantages. so for that purpose we are implementing the k-means clustering algorithm and in previous papers they have used RASP (robustical and accurate statistical parser)grammatical tagger to identify all kinds of nouns, adjectives, pronouns and etc. together. The road traffic congestions are posturing severe hitches owing to the inadequate ability of road networks and irregular on-route procedures in most of the towns and ensuing in a substantial number of losses. To address these problems, advanced traffic monitoring methods are being commonly used in major towns. Nevertheless, owing to increasing traffic on roads, additional methods remain desired to avoid traffic bottlenecks. The emergent of vehicle communication technologies, and particularly vehicle to vehicle and vehicle to infrastructure would be of great support. These technologies help in improving the ride duration of the traveller and alleviating the congestion problems in road traffic. The vehicles could communicate with each other and thus the traveller can be alerted about the vehicles around him. Therefore, this paper explores the message passing mechanisms between vehicles that collaboratively determine the optimal speed of the approaching vehicles and other suitable actions to take on to crossroad junctures with least delays but eventually evading stoppings. This exploration helps in achieving a substantial improvement in terms of the reduction in the travellers’ average trip time.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>848</first_page>     <last_page>853</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9387.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a9387109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Design of a Robust Controller by LQG/LTR Formalism for Francis hydro Turbine Driving a Synchronous Generator</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>department of Industrial Robotic, Faculty of Industrial Engineering, University of Douala, Douala, Cameroon.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Yeremou Tamtsia</given_name>      <surname>Aurelien*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Nneme Nneme</given_name>       <surname>Léandre</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>department of electrical engineering, Higher Technical Teacher Training College, University of Douala, Douala, Cameroon.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Samba Aimé</given_name>       <surname>Hervé</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>department of Industrial Robotic, Faculty of Industrial Engineering, University of Douala, Douala, Cameroon.</organization>   </contributors>
This paper presents the design and application of a robust controller by Linear-Quadratic-Gaussian method with Loop-Transfer-Recovery (LQG \LTR) at the same time to carefully attain performance and robustness objectives. Objectives cannot be suitable unless the controller can perpetuate such quality in the presence of plant uncertainties or any working conditions in the hydroelectric power plants. The approach is based to synthesizing a robust controller minimizing a quadratic criterion (controller LQG) while using the Loop Transfer Recovery (LTR), to restore robustness properties of the Estimator. In this study, we applied this robust control law on the model of a Francis hydro turbine. Combining solar photovoltaic (PV) and fuel cell could offer a feasible solution to the challenge of continuous power supply, particularly in those geographical locations where renewable resources are available in abundance. The present paper investigates a solar PV and fuel cell-based hybrid system in-context to a selected site in Indian sub-continent. The feasibility of harnessing renewable energy per sq. meter of land (i.e. energy density) from a combined solar PV-fuel cell based hybrid system employed in Jodhpur location in Rajasthan is reported. The solar irradiance data for the last three decades corresponding to the longitudinal and latitudinal coordinates of Jodhpur is collected using PVsyst software. A novel design of PV-fuel cell hybrid system is proposed to gauge the enhanced utilization of the existing space, productivity enhancement, and energy/m2 harnessed from the utilized land. The obtained results of solar irradiance are analyzed for implementation in combination with a modified unitized regenerative fuel cell (URFC). The proposed system would outlay a path for the development of a more sustainable, effective and rugged hybrid renewable energy systems that could furnish the energy demands of the Indian sub-continent and similar geographical locations.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>861</first_page>     <last_page>867</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9393.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a9393109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Implementation of Attribute Based Symmetric Encryption through Vertically Partitioned Data in PPDM</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Computer Science Department, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Devendrasinh</given_name>      <surname>Vashi*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. H B</given_name>       <surname>Bhadka</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Faculty of Computer Science, C U Shah University, Wadhwan, India,</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Kuntal</given_name>       <surname>Patel</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>School of Computer Studies, Ahmedabad University, Ahmedabad, India,</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Sanjay</given_name>       <surname>Garg</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Computer Science Department, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, India.</organization>   </contributors>
The aim of this research article is to implement the symmetric encryption techniques on the vertically partitioned database table. In privacy-preserving data mining mainly sensitive attributes to be protected so that privacy will maintain during data mining. In this proposed algorithm the datasets partitioned in the three different sets. Then for each table for the selected attributes only one symmetrical encryption as well as different symmetric encryption is implemented. Initial data size, encryption execution time and data size after encryption are observed for each file of different data size. In result and analysis examined the performance of execution time and memory occupied after each encryption techniques is discussed and found that hybrid algorithm of using different symmetric encryption for each partitioned table is good as compared to implementing only one encryption on each partitioned table. Earlier the wheel chairs had to be moved and be externally supported by any person. To help overcome this “joystick-controlled wheelchairs” are developed. But in regular use, these joystick-controlled wheelchairs became difficult to use. Especially in the case of paralysed people, the use of joystick became more difficult due to the hard buttons and unidirectional use of the joysticks. To overcome these problems, we’ve tried to develop a “gesture-controlled wheelchair” which can be moved with a slight tilt of the hand. This can be used in both hands and can be controlled to come to the user from a distance. In general, when the blood sugar stage increases, the pancreas makes more insulin. Insulin helps to go sugar out of the blood so it can be used for liveliness. Type 1 diabetes occurs due to the immune system which affects cells in the pancreas that make insulin. The pancreas cannot make adequate insulin, so the blood sugar level continues to increase. Hence the use of PV systems has used in many applications. Big-spread use has resulted in decreased solar panel production expenses. But the low effectiveness of a solar panel owing to variables such as solar insulation, clouds and shading impact continues one of the greatest issues. Due to variable concentrations of isolation, the panel output remains variable during cloudy weather. To increase the solar panel's efficiency, the maximum algorithm for power point tracking needed as it was discovered only a small percentage of the energy incident is transformed into electricity. DC-DC Converter (Boost Converter) design helps to increase the panel output, thereby improving effectiveness and output voltage using reasonable control technique. This article discusses the development of the fluctuating MPPT logic control to track the maximum output point and also to compensate for fluctuating power during cloudy weather. The extraction of Multi Word Expression (MWEs) plays a key role in text processing as these are used to find correct meaning of a text phrase. MWEs are the lexical phrases consisting of two or more words conveying some different meaning together other than its constituent words. The linguistics in MWEs extraction is mainly related to the text information including the Part of Speech (POS) tags, grammar rules, related literature, and so on. It is important to extract the correct MWEs for a particular language as there exists variety and veracity in languages. The selection of MWEs are based on the statistical analysis of the MWEs extraction process. In the proposed work, the MWEs extraction is done for English dataset. Along with the existing statistical measures, i.e. Pointwise Mutual Information (PMI), Dice Coefficient (DC) and Modified Dice Coefficient (MDC), the additional measures, Lexical Fixedness (LF), Syntactic Fixedness (SF) and Relevance Measure (RM) are also been evaluated. The results are compared with the other existing approaches applied for English MWEs. The results shows that the proposed measures LF, SF and RM are more significant than existing measures to find the best statistics for the MWEs extraction process. The process model is generic in nature and not adhered to a particular language. It can also be applied for other languages by selecting POS tags for that particular language.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>10</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>908</first_page> <last_page>912</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9421.109119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a9421109119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>A Fuzzy Mathematical Model for the Parathyroid Hormone Measurements using Frechet Distribution</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, A. Nevertheless, the drawback of the issue is that with increment in the aspect ratio of the wing, the geometric nonlinearity gains more significance hence the linear solution is no longer acceptable. Even though, a number of nonlinear solution package are available in the market, but the solution is a very time consuming process. Hence, to help reduce the complexity of the nonlinear aeroelastic analysis, a Combined Model/Finite Element (CMFE) technique is employed to develop a Nonlinear Reduced Order Model (NROM) which describe the nonlinearity of the HAR wing from a solution of nonlinear static analysis for a range of prescribed loading cases. Three loading types were considered for the production of the NROM of which the force subjected to the wing model was normalized to follow the normal mode of the wing model. The three loading types are of the first bending mode, the first torsional mode and a combination of the first bending and torsional modes. The NROM equations are then developed utilizing the backward regression method. In order to verify the NROM equation accuracy with respect to the results obtained from the finite element analysis (FEA) software, the comparisons are made in terms of mean error and standard deviation of the error. The results indicate the NROM developed using a combination of the first bending mode and first torsional mode of the wing model has better accuracy than the NROM developed with the modes individually. The NROM also portrays greater accuracy when developed using the data due to the load from the first bending and the first torsional mode.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>924</first_page>     <last_page>930</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9430.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a9430109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Identifying the Perceptual Qualities of a Heritage Precinct - Entrance Gateway (Rajagopuram)</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, Department of Architecture, Periyar Maniammai Institute of Science and Technology, Thanjavur</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>G.</given_name>      <surname>Yogaprita*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Senthamil</given_name>       <surname>Kumar</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Periyar Maniammai Institute of Science and Technology, Thanjavur</organization>   </contributors>
Existence of a heritage / historical structure is the one that adds meaning to urban or rural space. Results show that the mention integral transforms are strongly related with Laplace transform.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>936</first_page>     <last_page>941</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9433.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a9433109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Factor Affecting Elderly Consumer Buying Attitude on Thailand OTOP Product</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Industrial Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology Chiang Mai Rajabhat University.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Suwattanarwong</given_name>      <surname>Phanphet</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Narong</given_name>       <surname>Sukprasert</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Industrial Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology Chiang Mai Rajabhat University.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Ratanaree</given_name>       <surname>Suttipong</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Industrial Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology Chiang Mai Rajabhat University.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Athiwat</given_name>       <surname>Wangmai</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Industrial Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology Chiang Mai Rajabhat University.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Wichai</given_name>       <surname>Chattinnawat*</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University.</organization>   </contributors>
One Tambon One Product (OTOP) is a local entrepreneurship stimulus program designed by Thailand and has been initiated since 2001. This OTOP program aims to support locally made, marketed products of each of Thailand's 7,255 tambons (sub-district). This product has been inspired from One Village One Product (OVOP) program of Japan and has been successfully used as economic enabler to the local enterprenures. This research aims to expand the OTOP product into the elderly consumer segment which is presently becoming the greater proportion. This research conducted extensive and systematic focus group and survey on elderly consumers and used the ordinal logistic regression analysis to identify the factors which will be used as design quality and concepts for designing and marketing the five major groups of OTOP products. The overall summary indicates that out of the 1,275 elderly, only 427 (43%) are currently prefer and have strong attitude to buy the existing OTOP product. The odds ratio were used as measure of buying opportunities. The results of analysis indicate that gender and occupation of elderly greatly affect the odd ratio and used to define the product concepts. We also found that female under 70 years old have stronger chances to buy the OTOP product comparing with male. Based on the analysis, the age of consumer seems to have stronger relationship with the buying opportunity than the gender. Hence the age of the consumer that is less than 70 years are the vital factor when designing the OTOP productd.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>942</first_page>     <last_page>946</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9437.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a9437109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Authority and Power of the Law Relating to Cyber Deed Notary in Indonesia Era Industrial Revolution 4.0</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Faculty of Law, Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya, Surabaya, Indonesia.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Dina</given_name>      <surname>Chamidah*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Atik</given_name>       <surname>Krustiyati</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Faculty of Law, Universitas Surabaya, Surabaya, Indonesia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Ari</given_name>       <surname>Purwadi</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Faculty of Law, Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya, Surabaya, Indonesia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Rizky</given_name>       <surname>Hadiwidjayanti</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, Indonesia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Abdul Talib Bin</given_name>       <surname>Bon</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Fakulti Pengurusan Teknologi dan Perniagaan, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Johor, Malaysia.</organization>   </contributors>
This study aims to determine the authority of the notary in a deed on electronic transactions carried out by the parties domiciled outside the office of a notary and to know the power of a notary deed that created by Cyber Notary in Indonesia. Similarly time management is also an issue that may affect effective teaching. For most of the degree courses in computer science students have to submit projects .There is a time constraint for project completion as the project is to be submitted within a semester i.e. almost three months. This research paper describes an attempt to integrate agile method and implement scrum model in computer science courses to help students complete the project on time. Scrum model focuses on self-organizing teams that will provide platform to the students to practice project organization. In this paper we have discussed a report for implementing scrum model to monitor project progress of final year students. The basic objective of the paper is to reduce incomplete Project submission at the end of the degree course and also the practical implementation of the scrum model helps the students to correlate subject knowledge.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>953</first_page>     <last_page>955</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9439.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a9439109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Texture based Leaf Disease classification using Machine Learning Techniques</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant professor in Department of Computer Science and Engineering at APPA Institute of Engineering and Technology Kalaburgi- Karnataka.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Mr. Shravankumar</given_name>      <surname>Arjunagi</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Nagaraj B.</given_name>       <surname>Patil</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate professor and HOD Dept. of CSE &amp; ISE at Government College of Engineering, Raichur Karnataka</organization>   </contributors>
Machine learning techniques has emerged as a potential field in many of present day agricultural applications. Therefore, looking for a more individualistic, change-oriented and opinionated individual. A crucial step in spectral clustering is the construction of the affinity matrix, which is based on a pairwise similarity measure. The varied characteristics of datasets affect the performance of a spectral clustering technique. In this paper, we have proposed an affinity measure based on Topological Node Features (TNFs) viz., Clustering Coefficient (CC) and Summation index (SI) to define the notion of density and local structure. It has been shown that these features improve the performance of SC in clustering the data. The experiments were conducted on synthetic datasets, UCI datasets, and the MNIST handwritten datasets. There are various application works with the help of WSN .some of internet of things, machine learning, big data etc. in WSN there are four basic component of WSN that is sensing unit, transceiver unit, processing unit, and storage unit. Energy is the important critical design issue in WSN. By applying clustering approach we can save the energy and attain load balancing of a network. Sensor nodes are viewed as homogeneous since the looks into in the field of WSNs have been advanced, however, a few nodes might be of various energy levels and it is draw out the lifetime of a WSN and its unwavering quality. Clustering methods are required so that sensor networks can work long time with different area. This is due to the potential vulnerability of children pillion passengers and the possibility of injuries caused by accidents. Triangulations methodology was applied with observational and survey studies have been conducted in several areas including Johor, Kelantan and Terengganu. The observation technique was conducted to identify the problem of available foot-board design and the design criterion. The interviews were conducted to identify the experience from the users. The school area was found to be the most covered place as most of the pillion passengers were the primary /elementary schools and kindergarten students. Almost 76% of the underbone motorcycle user used motorcycle for the purpose of sending and fetching their children to school every day. It was also found that they have encountered an accident before caused by the unbalanced situation on the road. The design and development of pillion foot-board namely PIJAK involved two stages before the outcome can be finalised. Preliminary design using two-dimensional and three-dimensional design was simulated using CAD software based on the product design criteria. Von Mises Stress analysis was conducted to determine the strength and capacity of the design product. Prototype 3 was found as the best model for PIJAK. The design and fabrication of PIJAK be able to provide a form of protection and comfort to young pillion riders. The product is expected to reduce the risk of children's feet injuries during motorcycle riding.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>10</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>1004</first_page> <last_page>1011</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9457.109119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a9457109119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Wear Behavior Analysis of Aisi440 Martensitic Steel by Annealing and Tempering Process</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>pursuing his M.Tech from Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Mr.K.</given_name> <surname>Lokesh</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Ms.M.Mamatha</given_name> <surname>Gandhi</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor of Department of Mechanical Engineering, GRIET, completed her M. On the other hand, if heat sink has wide fin spacing, it reduces the surface area but increases the heat transfer coefficient. Therefore, there is need to optimize the fin spacing that enhanced the heat transfer from the heat sink. A properly selected heat sink may reduced the operating temperature and reduce the risk of failure of components. A steady state natural convective heat transfer from aluminum plate fin heat sink was examined experimentally. The length and thickness of fin was kept constant while height were varied from 5mm to 25mm and spacing varied between 5.5mm to 17mm.After experimentation, it was observed that fin spacing plays important role than any other geometrical parameters. Response surface methodology is used for optimization of fin spacing. System considered for the study is the Pamba Basin- Kakkad Hydro Power Project and Maniyar Reservoir of Pamba Irrigation Project of Kerala State. In a water year from the 1st June to 31st May, irrigation period spans for seven months from November to May in the Irrigation Project. As the water release of the upstream Hydro Electric Plant exceeds the irrigation demand, even during the peak irrigating months of January and February, there is surplus inflow for power generation. A water year is divided to two seasons namely, Irrigation and Non-Irrigation. An Artificial Neural Network (ANN) based model is developed to optimize the power generation using the surplus water and the outputs are compared with the real time data. In the ANN model, the inputs considered are the Generation in units of the upstream Kakkad Hydro Electric Project (Kakkad-HEP), the Rainfall in the catchment and the Irrigation Supply. Spillage from the barrage and the Power Generation in the adjoining Carborandum Universal Madras India Ltd. company’s Small Hydro Electric Project (CUMI-SHEP) is considered as the output. The results obtained shows that the power generation from the ANN model closely matches with the real time data. Analysis is done with the aid of MATLAB ANN tool box.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1033</first_page>     <last_page>1039</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9469.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a9469109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Stochastic Modeling of the Mechanism in Virus Growth of Cells in HIV Infected Person</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, Department of Statistics, Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>S.</given_name>      <surname>Saranya*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>G.</given_name>       <surname>Meenakshi</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of Statistics, Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu</organization>   </contributors>
The overall time required for a virus to reproduce depends collectively on the rates of multiple stages in the infection process, including initial binding of the virus particle to the surface of the cells, virus internalization and release of the virus genome, association of descendent virus particles, and release of these particles into the extracellular atmosphere. Spark machining is a universally recognised unconventional process, excluding the restriction of having low machining efficiency. To overcome this, various investigations have been made on designing of electrode, types of dielectric medium, variations in input parameters etc. Although material expulsion rate have been found to improve, nonetheless it cannot encounter the requirements of modern industries and the quality of surface is inferior. To increase further the utility of EDM, its hybridization with other process have to be carried out. A hybrid process can reduce the machining time while maintaining better surface and material expulsion rate. In hybrid process, the mechanism of two processes is applied concurrently or consecutively. Although, the performance of combined process is better as compared to the individual processes but hybridization increases the process complexity.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1059</first_page>     <last_page>1065</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9477.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a9477109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>A Methodology for Identification of Failures in Software Development Process</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Cse Department, Centurion University Technology And Management, Paralakhemundi, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Avinash</given_name>      <surname>Seekoli</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Srinivas</given_name>       <surname>Yarramalle</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>IT Department, GITAM Institute Of Technology, Vishakapatnam,</organization>   </contributors>
Software reliability is a branch of software engineering, which in specific deals with the performance of the software. At the substation level these systems are working independently and maintenance engineer is required to coordinate these systems for achieving the synchronization with the overall substation level. Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with built-in Decision Support System (DSS) are in use to address this issue. Present CMMS systems do not provide a comprehensive platform to implement DSS along with rule base expert systems for event based maintenance and other abnormalities management. Software effort estimation is that part of development which helps in assessing resource prior to development. An estimate is a quantified evaluation of the effort necessary to carry out a given development task and most often expressed in terms of durations. Effort estimation is done with an intent to aggregate individual estimates and obtain the overall duration, effort or cost of a software project. The workforce is measured as effort and the total time required is defined for a task in effort estimations which is usually expressed in units (Man-day, Man-month, and Man-year). Most other factors like cost or total time required to developed software are dependent on these estimations. Further, Algorithms used for estimating software developments efforts, may also be imprecise. Thus, Effort estimations plays an important part of software development in planning and monitoring projects. Agile methodology is relatively a new set of practices in software development. Agile estimations are based on many factors. Improperly recorded information from Agile methods can result in erratic estimations thus creating an impending need for precise effort estimations. It is difficult to find a single technique which can suit all conditions. Hence, this paper attempts to estimate agile development efforts by using a hybrid technique based on function points and user stories. Results of the proposed technique demonstrate that the arrived effort estimations based on user stories are efficient.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1078</first_page>     <last_page>1087</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9480.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a9480109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article><!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Local Binary Patterns Histograms (LBPH) Based Face Recognition</title>   </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science, BBA University, Lucknow, India,</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Dr. Satya Bhushan</given_name>      <surname>Verma*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Er.
