He united a multinational vast territory; the empire included various ethnic groups, nations, settled peoples and nomads. At the beginning of the XV century, the international situation in the Middle East and around the world became more and more aggravated. At that time, two great empires dominated Asia: the Ottoman Turks in Asia Minor and the empire of Amir Temur in Central Asia. Thus, some political forces in the Middle East united in two groups - supporters of Bayezet and the cohort of Amir Temur. During these processes, Bayazet successfully conducted a consecrated war in the West. In Maverannahr, the political power of Amir Temur is strengthening every day. Very soon, he will play a big role in the international arena, in the Middle East, inclusive. European kings tried to approach with Amir Temur. They saw in his personality a sapper from the threat of Bayazet. On the eve of the battle of Ankara, Amir Temur's diplomatic relations with European rulers are developing. They established very friendly relations, from that moment the peoples of Europe and Asia began to get acquainted closely with the cultures of both peoples. These pages are very dynamic and deep, it is worth exploring this topic in the future.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4653</first_page>     <last_page>4655</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A2935.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A2935109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Carrying Out the Policy of Zoning in Middle Asia</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Senior Lecturer, Tashkent institute of engineers of irrigation and mechanization of agriculture, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Normatov Otabek</given_name>      <surname>Maxamatjonovich*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Mamadaminova Bakhtigul</given_name>       <surname>Abdupattayevna</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Senior Lecturer, Tashkent institute of engineers of irrigation and mechanization of agriculture, Tashkent, Uzbekistan</organization>   </contributors>
This article highlights the processes of zoning policies implemented in Central Asia and provides information on administrative units in the newly created republics of Central Asia, the preparation of their borders and territories, as well as the total population of the Soviet republics and autonomous regions. The paper describes the effect of parasitic access resistance on device gate length and effect of mobility by varying temperature. High drain current drivability, large carrier densities and better saturation characteristics are realized because of the inclusion of InGaAs channel instead of GaAs DC structure and schottky behavior of InGaP layer. Integration of photovoltaic (PV) system to utility grid encounters many control issues like nonlinearities, disturbances and unbalanced loading. The proposed algorithm not only improves the overall performance of the system despite all the adverse conditions but also improves the power quality as per IEEE-519 standard. The proposed algorithm is developed to eliminate harmonics caused by nonlinear loads, to transfer active power from PV source to load as well as to grid under unity power factor condition, to maintain constant voltage profile at the point of common coupling and to provide a controlled reference signal to the hysteresis controller so as to produce suitable gate pulse to voltage source converter (VSC). In this paper, a PI control is used to maintain dc link voltage and P&amp;O method is used to extract optimum power from PV source irrespective of all disturbances in the utility grid. The system under consideration is modelled and simulated using MATLAB/Simulink software. So, it’s necessary to have accurate diagnostic technique for the same, thus came CAT scans, and the Magnetic Resonance Imaging or better known as MRI. All these techniques at their core require advanced image processing techniques to accurately analyze the images for tumor threats. In this paper we are going to be looking at a subsection of image processing called segmentation. Segmentation plays a vital role in image processing as it is through this method that we acquire the Region of Interest (ROI) or in simpler terms the probabilistic area for tumor occurrence. We are proposing the use of hybrid technique that utilizes a combination of two algorithms, first is the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) for the selection of an initial particle and the other is Fuzzy C- Mean Segmentation which will create the actual segmentations.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4693</first_page>     <last_page>4696</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A1903.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A1903109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>PAPR and ISI Reduction in Cognitive Radio Network based 5G Network using Massive MIMO SC - FDMA ES.</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>School of Computer Science and Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology(VIT), Vellore, Tamilnadu, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>P.</given_name>      <surname>Deepanramkumar</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>N.</given_name>       <surname>Jaisankar*</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>School of Computer Science and Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology(VIT), Vellore, Tamilnadu, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Extended use of spectrum increased the number of users; this was the major cause to introduce Cognitive Radio Networks (CRN) which is designed to access the available spectrum effectively. Advanced telecommunication technology that is fifth-generation (5G) is inbuilt in CRNs. Fusion Center (FC) in CRN plays an important role in decision making for allocating available spectrum. A novel FC rotation (FCR) method is applied over FC to mitigate the occurrence of interference. Massive-Multiple Input Multiple Output (MaMi) system is used to enhance network performances to accommodate the huge participation of users by means of having a large number of antennas. Existing research works in CRN based 5G network fails to decrease intersymbol interference (ISI) and Peak-to-Average Power Ratio (PAPR). A novel Massive MIMO SC – FDMA ES is proposed in this paper to mitigate high PAPR values to enhance network performance. Our proposed work in CRN is experimentally designed using Network Simulator 3 from which the performances are evaluated. The extensive simulation result shows betterment in terms of channel capacity, reduction of PAPR, bit error rate and spectral efficiency.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4697</first_page>     <last_page>4705</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A1915.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A1915109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Autism Support System using RFID Technology</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Professor Department of Computer Science, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai (Tamil Nadu), India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Sharmila</given_name>      <surname>Agnal*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>S.</given_name>       <surname>Janani</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Student, Department of Computer Science, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai (Tamil Nadu), India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Chellekampalli</given_name>       <surname>Maneesha</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Student, Department of Computer Science, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai (Tamil Nadu), India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>K.</given_name>       <surname>Ramya</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Student, Department of Computer Science, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai (Tamil Nadu), India.</organization>   </contributors>
This study represents a device to identify the location of an Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD) child using an Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Test case optimization shows a major role in software testing and quite a few methods are proposed to improve the fitness of the test case. The effect required to build the software is termed as cost. The fitness value is evaluated over the software that is later considered as cost value and an increase in the fitness value decrease the cost of the software. In this research, the Flower Pollination Algorithm (FPA) is proposed for the test case optimization. FPA is the recently developed algorithm and this is developed based on the function of the flower pollination. The local and global optimization is processed in the ATM machine software and a test case is optimized in the software. The ATM machine function is represented in State chart diagram graph and Sequence diagram graph. Then these two graphs are combined for the effective representation of the withdrawal process. The FPA algorithm has better convergence characteristics than the other Meta heuristic algorithm. The proposed FPA algorithm has a higher fitness value for the test case data is 52.06 %, while existing method has a higher fitness value for the test case data is 45 %.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4711</first_page>     <last_page>4716</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A1983.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A1983109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Performance of Indiesel Fuel and the Blend of Aviation Turbine Fuel in the Diesel Engine</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>U, Research Scholar, Mechanical Engineering, Vignan’s Foundation for Science, Technology and Research (Deemed to be University), Vadlamudi, Guntur, AP-India,</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Vimal</given_name>      <surname>Babu*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr .Ramakrishna.</given_name>       <surname>M</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Dean, IQAC &amp; Professor, Mechanical Engineering, Vignan’s Foundation for Science, Technology, and Research (Deemed to be University), Vadlamudi, Guntur-AP, India,</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr.Nagamani.</given_name>       <surname>M</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Senior Assistant Professor, School of Computer and Information Sciences, University of Hyderabad, Gachibowli, Hyderabad-India</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Sandeep</given_name>       <surname>Kumar</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>School of Computer and Information Sciences, University of Hyderabad, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India</organization>   </contributors>
The performance of the Engine is tested with the Indiesel fuel with the blends of the Aviation Turbine Fuel up to the 40%. The first and foremost task is correctly identifying objects present in the given image. Once all the objects are identified along with their attributes, the dense model is trained in order to identify the correct verbs or the actions in which these identified objects are involved. The second part in Image captioning is generating the syntactically correct natural language sentence which connects all the identified objects along with their attributes and actions. Thus, it is of interest to develop a more convenient (modified) approach to the calculation of the thermal conductivity of gases at a “reference” temperature and low pressures, bypassing the aforementioned problems of the Roy – Todos method. Reliable reference materials were used as an information database of the thermal conductivity of hydrocarbons in the gas (vapor) phase. The success of a project is assessed by the suitability of the schedule, cost and quality planned in the contract. In the implementation of construction projects there are often delays caused by the parties involved or from influencing factors. This study discusses material analysis, labor, and project management on the timeliness of housing projects in the Cibubur Indonesia. Delay in project implementation has an influence on planned budget changes. This research aims to find the dominant factor causing delays in housing projects in the Cibubur Indonesia. This research is a survey research which is a study that takes a sample from a population using questionnaires and interviews as a data collection tool that is distributed to respondents, where the number of respondents is 31 (thirty one) in the Cibubur area housing project. This study concludes that the dominant factors causing delays are as follows: (1) Late delivery of materials, (2) Limited number of workers, (3) Poor project land conditions, (4) Weak project management and implementation by contractors. The cause of the delay can be controlled by using anticipatory and preventive measures. The action was taken to overcome the impact due to the dominant factor that could cause the delay. This research is expected to be beneficial for contractor service business providers and project owners as the housing developer, so that the project can be anticipated and the next project can run according to the planned times.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4749</first_page>     <last_page>4752</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A2057.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A2057109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Japanese Recipe to Build Functiona l Food Policy and Industry : a N oted to Indonesia</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Bureau for Planning and Finance, Indonesia Institute of Sciences, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia / Doctoral Programme of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social and Political Science, University of Padjadjaran, Bandung, Indonesia</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Prakoso Bhairawa</given_name>      <surname>Putera*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Amelya</given_name>       <surname>Gustina</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>The Research and Development Center, Attorney General’s Office of Indonesia, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Wakhid Yuli</given_name>       <surname>Hastanto</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Bureau for Planning and Finance, Indonesia Institute of Sciences, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Parama Tirta Wulandari Wening</given_name>       <surname>Kusuma</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Bureau for Planning and Finance, Indonesia Institute of Sciences, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Wahyuni</given_name>       <surname>Kurniawati</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>STIAMI Pascasarjana, Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen STIAMI, Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia</organization>   </contributors>
Japan's success in developing the functional food industry has been supported by policy. However, approaches for air quality monitoring either via physical or chemical assessment has built up some constraints. Time consuming, inaccuracy of data due to high maintenance of monitoring devices and only require competent person that able to conduct the monitoring. Therefore, the demand of using bio-indicator, such as moss, for air quality monitoring has risen due to multiple advantages. In this study, moss response and survivability rate towards acidic condition has been physically observed. The color changed and moss grid area were the parameters used to observe moss after acidic treatment. The moss, Leucobryum glaucum, was treated with artificial acid rain at three different pH; pH 3, 4 and 5. The moss was treated with 25 ml of artificial acid rain, once in two days for the duration of over 10 weeks; from week 4 until week 14 during the study period. The result showed that the moss mostly reacted towards lower pH of acid rain, at pH 3. The survivability rate of moss was decreasing when treated with pH 5 to pH 3. The physical observation which is determined by the area covered by moss (per square meter), showed that most of the area that covered by moss are affected at pH 3. The fresh green color that were observed before the artificial acid rain treatment has changed to yellowish color towards the 10 week of treatment. This study suggested that moss could be used by communities as a simple bio-indicator, to monitor air quality, especially for determination of acidic condition in certain area due to any surrounding factors.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>10</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>4758</first_page> <last_page>4762</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A2062.109119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A2062109119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Epileptic Seizure Prediction Through Machine Learning and Spatio-Temporal Features Based Time Series Analysis of Intracranial Electroencephalogram Data</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>School of Computing Science and Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>N.</given_name> <surname>Ilakiyaselvan*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Hardik</given_name> <surname>Bhatt</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>School of Computing Science and Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Utkarsh</given_name> <surname>Shukla</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>School of Computing Science and Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>A. Seizure prediction is widely recognized as a significant problem in the neuroscience domain. Developing a Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) for seizure prediction can provide an alert to the patient, providing a buffer time to get the necessary emergency medication or at least be able to call for help, thus improving the quality of life of the patients. A considerable number of clinical studies presented evidence of symptoms (patterns) before seizure episodes and thus, there is large research on seizure prediction, however, there is very little existing literature that illustrates the use of structured processes in machine learning for predicting seizures. Limited training data and class imbalance (EEG segments corresponding to preictal phase, the duration just before the seizure, to about an hour prior to the episode, are usually in a tiny minority) are a few challenges that need to be addressed when employing machine learning for this task. In this paper we present a comparative study of various machine learning approaches that can be used for classification of EEG signals into preictal and interictal (Interictal is the time between seizures) using the features extracted from the intracranial EEG. Publicly available data has been used for this purpose for both human and canine subjects. After data pre-processing and extensive feature extraction, different models are trained and are effectively used to analyze the temporal dynamics of the brain (interictal and preictal) in affected subjects. We present the improved results for various classification algorithms, with AUROC values of best classification models at 0.99.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4763</first_page>     <last_page>4770</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A2063.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A2068109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>A Comp r ehensive Evaluation and I mplementation of AES, RSA and Hybrid Cryptographic Algorithms on a Portable Device</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>research scholar at RRC, VTU Belagavi.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Vikrant</given_name>      <surname>Shende*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Meghana</given_name>       <surname>Kulkarni</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor in the Department of PG studies, VTU Belagavi.</organization>   </contributors>
In today’s internet era, at every moment terabyte of data being generated. Though there have been several attempts made by the researchers each had their own limitations and constraints. In metal cutting, Magnetorheological fluid (MRF) has proved to be effective in vibration suppression when employed as a semi-active damper. MRF is a smart non-Newtonian fluid which has the capacity to alter its viscosity instantaneously on the application of magnetic field. Along with this property and its robust nature they have used in a wide variety of places as a damper. One major limitation is its settling of magnetic particles which are suspended in a non-magnetic fluid. The settling rate will be further aggravated when the current supplied to coil is increased. Increased current will increase the heat produced in the coil which in turn will heat the non-magnetic fluid wherein its viscosity gets reduced. This problem of settling of iron particles can be prevented by adding stabilizers, similarly the size of particles also has an immediate effect on settling. In the current investigation Titanium and Activated carbon was added as stabilizers to magnetorheological fluid and then the viscosity change brought about in the fluid was studied. Further to support and add clarity to the work variable cutting speed and feed test was also performed. From the experimental results it was evident that stabilizers (activated carbon by 0.1% of weight) in MRF has increased the viscosity and thereby aided in an effective turning process of hardened SS410 steel.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4792</first_page>     <last_page>4798</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A9772.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A9772109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Optimization Techniques Are Best Choice to Segment Blood Vessels from Retinal Fundus Images</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of CSE, GIT, Gitam University, Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>N.C.Santosh</given_name>      <surname>Kumar*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr.Y.</given_name>       <surname>Radhika</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of CSE,GIT, Gitam University, Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA</organization>   </contributors>
The mostly affected disease which has been a curse to human kind is diabetes. The results of studies of the CoSi2/Si(100) epitaxial structures formed by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), solid state epitaxy (SSE), and other techniques are presented. Relations between morphology, stoichiometry, and growth conditions of CoSi2/ Si structures were established. The ratio of the intensities of the Auger signals of cobalt and silicon in the CoSi2 film, as well as silicon in CoSi2 and the silicon substrate was determined by the Auger profile of the sample. The authors determined that under certain conditions of heat treatment of the radiation on the surface of a single crystal, the so-called epitaxial silicides are formed which can play the role of conductive layers or metal coated. The aim of the study is to justify the shape of the ridges and the parameters of the moulder to the cotton seeder. The authors proposed a new technology for sowing with the simultaneous formation of ridges. The shape and parameters of the ridge are theoretically substantiated. When performing the shape of the ridge in the form of an isosceles trapezoid and, accordingly, with a height and width of the ridge surface of at least 100 mm and 160 mm, the seed bed is protected from flooding by rain streams. The design of the developed comb moulder to a cotton seeder for the implementation of the proposed technology is given. Theoretically substantiated the main parameters of the crest moulder. It was found that when the input edge of the moulder is 290-320 mm wide, the output edge is 160 mm, the angle of inclination of the side blade to the direction of movement is 20°, the length of the runner of the moulder is 203-215 mm, the height of the side blade is 100 mm and the angle of installation of the side blade to horizon 42-45° ensures high-quality implementation of the technological process of formation of ridges. When sowing cotton seeds on the ridges with the simultaneous formation of the ridge, the seedlings of the plants increase, and the cotton yield increases compared to the smooth sowing method of 9.9%.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4824</first_page>     <last_page>4826</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A2932.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A2932109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Theoretic Methodological Basis of Globalization Processes</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Senior teacher of The Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and agricultural mechanization engineers, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Qandov Bakhodir</given_name>      <surname>Mirzaevich*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Nazarov</given_name>       <surname>Qiyomiddin</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Senior teacher of The Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and agricultural mechanization engineers, Tashkent, Uzbekistan</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <surname>MirzokulovIzzatullo</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Senior teacher of The Uzbek state university of physical culture and sport, Tashkent, Uzbekistan</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Ernazarov</given_name>       <surname>Shermuhammad</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>A teacher of Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, Tashkent, Uzbekistan</organization>   </contributors>
This article analyzes the creation of global notions about a number of other planetary realities-global world, global democracy, global security, global inequality, global agreement, human rights by the notion of “globalization” which are differently evaluated and defined in scientific and theoretical literature, their aspects directly connected with the problem. To improve dynamic stability of the system, a super twisting Sliding Mode Control approach, whose gains are optimized by multi objective flower pollination algorithm is designed to enhance the system stability over a various operating conditions, such as three phase fault, dc link fault, converter and inverter parameter change, increase of the mechanical input of the generator and change of active and reactive power. The super twisting sliding mode controller is designed for its superiority in robustness and chattering free actions over conventional siding mode controller in which a hyperbolic tangent function is chosen for the sliding surface. A multi objective flower pollination algorithm is applied to find optimized gains of the super twisting Sliding mode controller, in order to improve the capacity of the controller and the dynamic stability of the system. The results are compared with STSMC and conventional PI controller. It is shown from the result that the proposed controller is more capable in settling the system in steady state from any abnormal condition quickly than SMC and PI controller.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4871</first_page>     <last_page>4879</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A1861.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A1861109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Optimization of Capital Structure for Increased Profitability</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Dr. B R Ambedkar Institute of Management and Technology, Hyderabad-500044, Telangana.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>P.</given_name>      <surname>Shailaja*</surname>    </person_name>  </contributors>
Every company needs money or capital not only for its establishment but also for day to day operations. In order to acquire the money or capital a company will have its own variety sources that can be elucidated by capital structure. There are two ways or sources for financing a firm i.e. debt finance and equity finance also known as debt and equity capital. Debt Capital comes from bonds, debentures, long term notes payable etc. whereas equity capital comes from stock/shares may be equity or preference, retained earnings etc. Working capital is also a part of capital structure. Each category has its own pros and cons. Decisions related to finance is the integral element of any company. In this connection, the finance manager plays a vital role in arriving at a decision. He is always in dilemma that which proportion of capital leads to optimum utilization of funds. The widely accepted solution is a combination of equity capital and debt capital. Generally capital structure is formulated as per the interest of equity share holders. Hence rather than collecting funds totally from share holders, it is better to have a long term loan also, even though it is an expense to the company, this method is followed by many companies. This research paper primarily focuses on effectiveness of capital structure on profitability of Information Technology (IT) firms in India.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>10</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>4880</first_page> <last_page>4882</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A1902.109119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A1902109119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Retention Rate of Customers in Banks using Neural Networks</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Computer Science and Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Mr.T.H. Banks approached call centres to try convince the customers in buying new policies. This didn’t really work since most of it was directed towards untargeted customers. This same problem of customer retention is studied and a competent solution is found. This system consists of analysed data of a number of customers in numerous fields and checks the retaining rate of every customer. Use of a neural network is advocated to check past conditions of services provided to a customer by the banks and a common retainability index is produced which predicts the retention rate of the new customers.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4883</first_page>     <last_page>4885</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A1932.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A1932109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Distributed Parallel Performance of Compression Molding Model for Some Characteristics Identification of Tire Tread Block</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Center for Sustainable Nanomaterials, Ibnu Sina Institute for Scientific and Industrial Research, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Norma</given_name>      <surname>Alias*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Roziha</given_name>       <surname>Darwis</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Mathematical Sciences, Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Noorazura Shahira</given_name>       <surname>Yusniman</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Mathematical Sciences, Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Nuraini</given_name>       <surname>Hashim</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Mathematical Sciences, Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.</organization>   </contributors>
A control process based on the mathematical modeling of phase change simulations was used to address process limitations of tire tread manufacturing process. The objective of this model was to predict and monitor expected characteristic identifications respect to space and time. This paper proposes a high-performance control process for visualizing the temperature behavior of a compression molding process using pressure, density, elasticity, crack propagation, volume, space, and time during tire tread block manufacturing operations. The control process modeling of tire tread blocks at the liquid-solid interface enabled the use of large sparse computations for solving the real time molding process of a Rubber Compression Molding Machine (RCMM) LWB VRE 1000 type at the Malaysia Rubber Board Research Center (LGM). The modeling simulation emphasized parallel algorithms, domain decomposition, and parallel processing techniques on Distributed Parallel Computer Architecture (DPCS). This study identified alternative numerical methods and their parallelization by comparing numerical analysis and parallel performance indicators using tables, graphs, and multidimensional visualizations. The multidimensional visualization of characteristics using the high-performance control process model accurately illustrated the heating and cooling profile of the compression molding process.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4886</first_page>     <last_page>4892</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A1935.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/a1935109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Biometric Identification using Human Ear</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, Mumbai, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Natasha</given_name>      <surname>Lalwani*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Aishna</given_name>       <surname>Sharma</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, Mumbai, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Mani Roja M.</given_name>       <surname>Edinburgh</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, Mumbai, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Biometrics refers to the metrics of the human characteristics which has gained much popularity in recent times. It is a form of identification and access control. Widely used forms of biometrics are facial recognition, finger print recognition, iris recognition, etc. but the drawback is that most of these features change over time. The human ear is a cogent source of data to classify biometrically since its attributes do not change substantially as time progresses. This paper explores the field of ear biometric wherein the database images are re-sized to 128 x 256 pixels and then converted to grayscale image. Various transforms viz. Discrete Cosine Transform, Discrete Fourier Transform, Discrete Wavelet Transform are then applied to extract the features. The coefficients of the test image are compared with the coefficients of the registered database image. On comparison, Euclidean distance classifier is used to recognize the test image from the database. The database used consists of 25 subjects with 6 images per person out of which the initial 4 images are used to train the model, and the remaining 2 for testing. The outputs of various transforms were compared and the best accuracy obtained is 86% using Discrete Wavelet Transform.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4893</first_page>     <last_page>4898</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijeat.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijeat.A2027.109119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijeat.org/portfolio-item/A2027109119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Implementation of Single Phase Multimode Matrix AC DC Converter</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Sanjay Mohite, department of Electronics and Telecommunication, Jaywantrao Swant College of Engineering, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Sanjay</given_name>      <surname>Mohite*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Suchitra</given_name>       <surname>Khoje</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>School of Electronics and Communication engineering, MIT World Peace University, Pune, India..</organization>   </contributors>
This paper proposes a novel topology of multimode matrix AC-DC converter which gives multiple DC outputs using a single AC input. This technique is well suited in a scenario where the transmission of two different information is targeted over the entire globe at the same time. This methodology proficiently handles the concept of Orthogonality principles among the OFDM subcarrier.
