Abstract: In this paper we investigate thermochemical diffusion reaction and effects of thermal diffusion on the mass and heat transfer flux Although the effects of thermal diffusion are vast, they can be transmitted through a very wide medium.. By employing Galerkin-finite element analysis the equations solved with three nodded line segments.
